I pulled over, turned the engine off, then back on. The VTM-4 light went off (and has not come back on) but the check engine light has remained on.A misfire can cause both of those symptoms. Have it checked with a scanner. The VTM-4 light could indicate that the all wheel drive is disabled due to the misfire.
